We live in amazing time for photography!  No longer do we have to wait to get film developed or worry about running out of film during a vacation or special event.  We also have the ability to edit photos and make them even better than the original - straighten out a horizon, fix exposure, or edit for a unique effect.  With some of my pictures, I'm happy with them just as they are. With others, I have enjoyed editing them to create a different effect - changing from color to black and white, eliminating all colors but one, or sometimes just playing with different effects until I am happy with the result.  I am by no means an expert at photo editing, but I truly enjoy being able to create different versions of my work.  Take a look at the example below!
